Fali Lin is a Senior Partner at Wanguo Law Firm and has practiced law since 1993. His principal areas of practice include entertainment law, cultural and creative industries law, patent disputes, AI law, regulatory compliance for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, business strategy, and complex litigation.

He has led major high-value patent matters in Taiwan, including significant LED infringement cases, and has extensive experience advising on film, television, music, and cultural/creative projects. His recent work includes landmark entertainment matters involving Sodagreen, legal counsel for film projects such as Dead Talents Society and Road to the Champion, and advisory work on the structuring of the Dinosaur No. 1 Fund.
